<br />RESOLUTION NO.1 0-02-08-01 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA, <br />DESIGNATING CITY'S AGENT FOR FEDERAL <br />FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dana Point does <br />hereby order and determine as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager, or the Emergency and Support <br />Services Manager, or the Director of Administrative Services is <br />hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the named <br />applicant, a public entity established under the laws of the <br />State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of <br />obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal <br />Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through <br />the State of California. <br /> <br />2. That the City of Dana Point, a public entity established <br />under the laws of the State of California, hereby authorizes its <br />agent(s) to provide to the Federal Department of Homeland <br />Security and sub-granted through the State of California for all <br />matters pertaining to such federal financial assistance the <br />assurances and agreements required. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Dana Point at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of February, 2010. <br /> <br />~'~y <br /> <br />STEVEN H.
