Late ma#erials <br /> received fallowing the pasting of the agenda will be available far viewing in the Housing Authority meeting <br /> location during the session. <br /> PUBLIC IhlPUT <br /> AGENDA ITEM A~1D ITEMS ~F PUBLIC INTEREST The City Council will convene a~ain# session with <br /> the Hauling Authority BHA} to receive public cornrnents regarding any agenda items or iter~s of public <br /> interest within the jurisdiction of the HA. All requests #o speak shall be submitted in writing by submitting a <br /> speaker card to the Clerk of the Council, Re,~uests to speak shall not be accepted after the public <br /> camr~~nt e~~_on begins without permission of the presiding officer. <br /> During this public comment period, members of the pubic shall be given a fatal of #hree ~3} minutes to <br /> speak on any and all matters contained on the City Council agenda and any and all ratters including items <br /> of public interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of all related Agencies rooting an the same date. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS Members of the public shall be given three minutes to address the Housing <br /> <br /> Authority for each duly noticed hearing, unless the matter is continued prior to taking public testimony, <br /> C~NENT CALENDAR <br /> All matters listed under the consent calendar are considered to be routine by the Housing Authority and will <br /> be enacted by one motion without discussion unless a member of the Housing Authority "pulls" an items} <br /> <br /> from the consent calendar far a separate vote. <br /> TELEI~IED i~EETINC SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> All regular Hauling Authority meetings will be televised and available far viewing on the City's web page <br /> live ar taped delayed.
