PUBLIC IhlPUT AGENDA ITEM A~1D ITEMS ~F PUBLIC INTEREST The City Council will convene a~ain# session with the Hauling Authority BHA} to receive public cornrnents regarding any agenda items or iter~s of public interest within the jurisdiction of the HA. All requests #o speak shall be submitted in writing by submitting a speaker card to the Clerk of the Council, Re,~uests to speak shall not be accepted after the public camr~~nt e~~_on begins without permission of the presiding officer. During this public comment period, members of the pubic shall be given a fatal of #hree ~3} minutes to speak on any and all matters contained on the City Council agenda and any and all ratters including items of public interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of all related Agencies rooting an the same date. PUBLIC HEARINGS Members of the public shall be given three minutes to address the Housing Authority for each duly noticed hearing, unless the matter is continued prior to taking public testimony, C~NENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the consent calendar are considered to be routine by the Housing Authority and will be enacted by one motion without discussion unless a member of the Housing Authority "pulls" an items} from the consent calendar far a separate vote. TELEI~IED i~EETINC SCHEDULE All regular Hauling Authority meetings will be televised and available far viewing on the City's web page live ar taped delayed. Meetings held in the Council Chamber ar other designated locations which are televised live on CTIl Tune 1a~~er Dale will be cablecast Mondays at ~:gg p.m,, Tuesdays immediately following the Hauling Authority meeting a# 9:0~ a.m., vl~ednesdays at ~:OQ p.m., and Sundays at ~:g~ p,i~. Meetings held in locations that do not have a live cable feed. gill be video taped and shown on CTV~ and the City's website one day fallowing the Hauling Authority meeting. DVD copies of the Housing Authority meetings for loan will be available for public circulation at the Santa Ana llllain Library the day after the Housing Authority meeting.
