Agreement for Domestic Water <br /> Quality Testing Services <br /> May 3, 2010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Staff recommends that the number-two-rated firm of Clinical Laboratory of San Bernardino, Inc. <br /> be retained for this service. This recommendation is based on the following: <br /> 1. They were highly rated on the basis of experience, qualifications, and excellent past <br /> service record by all three members of the selection committee. <br /> 2. They have been providing water quality testing as astate-approved laboratory since 1968 <br /> and are the City's current contract laboratory. <br /> 3.
