The Federal Tax ID number, banking information, <br />insurance coverages and company management, however, remain unchanged. This <br />letter is to provide notice of the name change. The Consultant identified as PBSU in <br />the current Master Services Agreement with the City of Santa Ana, is now Atkins North <br />America, Inc., a Florida corporation. <br />Please be assured that this name change will result in no changes of personnel <br />assigned to the contracts, nor will it result in any decrease in services to the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />We highly value our relationship with the City and will continue to provide the kind of <br />service that you expect and deserve.
