The lowest bid was submitted by Hardy <br />and Harper, Inc., for $2,777,000, which is below the Engineer's estimate of $2,801,400. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />future review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2010-038 will be filed for the <br />project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of $3,387,900 for the project <br />(Exhibit 2).
