Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, a cashier's or certified check payable to the City of Santa Ana, or bid bond issued by a corporate surety, for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the bid, as a guarantee that the BIDDER will enter into the proposed contract if the same is awarded to him. The signature of the BIDDER on the bid bond MUST be notarized. The Ciry Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful BIDDER must possess or obtain a valid Califomia Class A Contractor's license prior to the scheduled award date of this contract. The time for completion of this contract is 90 working days.
