P <br />Mr. Kenny Nguyen <br />HZ Proposal No. 10 -09 -0203 <br />July 27, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />1. 1.2 Monthly Progress Report, Schedule, and Invoice: <br />Huitt- Zollars will prepare up to 4 additional monthly progress reports and <br />invoices in the format agreed upon between the City and Huitt - Zollars. <br />2.1 TRAFFIC REPORT <br />2.1.1 Traffic Analysis: <br />In addition to the scenarios outlined in the initial scope of work, the <br />Huitt - Zollars Team will analyze one additional scenario -- Future Traffic <br />Conditions; Long Range Year (2035) with Alton Avenue Overcrossing <br />and HOV Drop Ramps <br />To include this scenario in the Traffic Report, the following subtasks will <br />be performed: <br />Intersection Analysis: Conduct traffic volume forecasting based on <br />OCTA's OCTAM 3.3 model and analyze 15 study intersections for the <br />"with HOV Drop Ramps" conditions (the same intersections that have <br />been analyzed for the Phase I project). <br />Weave Analysis: Conduct weaving analysis between the SR -55/I -405 <br />HOV Connector and the Alton Avenue HOV Drop Ramp for both AM and <br />PM peak hours. <br />HOV Ingress /Egress Analysis: Evaluate the impact of the Alton HOV <br />Drop Ramp on the existing ingress /egress area in both directions on <br />SR -55. <br />Freeway Mainline Capacity Analysis: Analyze freeway mainline <br />capacities for the following segments in both the northbound and <br />southbound directions: <br />• Dyer Road to Alton Avenue <br />• Alton Avenue to MacArthur Boulevard <br />The above described analyses will be incorporated into the Traffic Report. <br />3.1 ENVIRONMENTAL RE- VALIDATION <br />3.1.1 Environmental Re- Validation: <br />No additional tasks will be added to the Environmental Re- Validation <br />scope of work. The level of effort of each of the previously scoped tasks <br />is increased to account for the larger project area. The wording of the Air <br />Quality task is revised as shown below to respond to Caltrans request for <br />an Air Quality Report rather than a technical memorandum. [The wording <br />of the rest of the environmental scope remains the same.] <br />
