Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute the attached cooperative agreement between the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana in the <br />amount of $500,000 for a one-year term for the implementation of <br />the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and <br />Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br />2.
