beyond the locally preferred build alternative (as described in the 1990 Final EIS/EIR) will be assessed. If a higher level NEPA document is determined to be required, then this will be communicated to the City and a scope/cost amendment for this work will be provided. Using the information contained in the technical reports, along with additional information and analyses that are performed as necessary, a Screencheck Re -Validation Form and Written Evaluation will be prepared and submitted to the City and Caltrans for concurrent review. The document will be submitted with the NEPA QA/QC External Certification signature sheet whereby each technical study author attests to the validity, accuracy, and completeness of each technical study. Following the City and Caltrans review of the Screencheck submittal, URS will revise the document as necessary. Following a comment resolution meeting with the City and Caltrans, as necessary, URS will prepare the Final Re -Validation Form and Written Evaluation, accompanied by a response -to -comment matrix, and submit the document to the City and Caltrans for final concurrence. It is assumed that no additional comments will be received as part of the concurrence review. The NEPA Re -Validation Form / Written Evaluation do not need to, and will not, be circulated for public review. Assumptions/Deliverables: ➢ A total of 10 copies of the Screencheck NEPA Re -Validation Form and Written Evaluation will be delivered. ➢ A total of 10 copies of the Final Re -Validation Form and Written Evaluation will be delivered. D. PROJECT SCHEDULE The following schedule presents the key tasks that will be required to complete the CEQA and NEPA re-evaluations. The duration associated with each task are shown, as is the relational logic between the various tasks. The schedule presented below is based on the assumptions described above (e.g., number of rounds of review of studies by the City and Caltrans). 13
