<br /> Amendment To Agreement with NEC UNIFIED SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> June 07, 2010 ' <br /> Page 2 <br /> this agreement commenced on July 1, 2007 and expired on June 30, 2009. In June of 2009 the <br /> City Council approved the first one-year extension to the agreement. This one-year extension will <br /> expire on June 30, 2010. <br /> NEC Unified Solutions, Inc. has provided excellent maintenance and service during its Agreement <br /> with the City. The City Telecommunications Services staff recommends extending the current <br /> agreement for aone-year period.
