ARTICLE I <br />DEFINITIONS <br />1. The t rin "Expiration Date "' means the slate upon which the Promissory Note has <br />been paid in f ill, and all other obligations the performance of which is secured by this Deed of <br />Trust have been satisfied, <br />2. "Property" i ears the real property referred to in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />3. "Security" mean the Property and all appurtenant improvements. <br />ARTICLE II <br />MAIN'T'ENANCE AND MODIFICATION THE PROPERTY <br />AND S HI -o REi LEASE UPON PAYMENT <br />Section 2.1 Maintenance and Modification f the Property b, � rust r. The Trust or covenants that it is lawftilly seized and <br />possessed of tale in fee simple to the Property, that it has good right to sell, convey r otherwise <br />transfer or encumber the s rne, and that the Tiiist r, for itself and its successors and assigns, <br />warrants and will forever defend the right and tale to the foregoing described and conveyed <br />property unto the Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against the clams of all persons <br />whomsoever, excepting only encumbrances approved by the Beneficiar y. <br />Section 3.2 Inspection of the Propelty.
