e. Station District Design Safety Element, <br />City agrees to ensure that the design elements of the TZC protects the safety of local residents <br />and school children. Many of these standards are set forth in the traffic guidelines approved at <br />the same time as the `ZC. <br />V. llaboi -ative Obligations <br />The Collaborative and its constituent i embers agree to rmall r and publicly support and <br />endorse the TZC, the EIR, the DDA and the entire Station District project through both letters of <br />support and verbal statements and testimony. <br />VI. Limits of the MOIL; Legal Effect <br />The signatories acknowledge that this non - binding MOU constitutes only a inutual statement of <br />interest or intent. It does not constitute a binding legal obligation and shall not impose ally <br />contractual bligations, covenants, commitments whatsoever. All signatories ries ackno ledge that <br />any participant's signature or endorsement of this M , ball not create any sort of legal or <br />equitable cause of action.
