Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />INTRODUCTION <br />This section reflects the lWitigation Alonitoring and Reporting Prograrn (i\V\1RP) requirements of Public <br />Resources Code (PRC) Section 21081.6. The California EmrIront e tal Quality Act Q Guidelines <br />Section 15097 states: <br />... As such, <br />the Cite of Santa tuna is identified as the e f'orcemcnt agenc y for this MN411P. <br />PROGRAM MODIFICATION <br />After re-View and approval by the lead agency, it nor changes to the MIURP are permitted but can only <br />be made by the Cite of Santa Ana. No deviations frot n this NIAMP shall be permitted unless it continues <br />to a �r the requirements of PRC Section 21081.6, as determined by the lead agency. <br />MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />The organization of the MA410 follows the subsection formatting stale as Presented Within the Transit <br />Zon'ng Code Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
