wl ON FILE <br />,WORK MAY PROCEED <br />PI TII_ INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />K CE COUNCIL <br />Off,. <br />. 5�pbCz- <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />N -2009- 062 -002 <br />L04 THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this l0 day of <br />2010, by and between Vet Care Vaccination Services, Inc., a California <br />poration ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ( "City "). <br />Recitals: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #N -2009 -062, dated May 20, 2009, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided low cost dog and cat <br />vaccination clinics to serve City residents. <br />B. The parties entered into the First Amendment to Agreement, dated February 9, 2010, <br />in order to adjust some of the insurance requirements of said Agreement. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one -year period and update the <br />rates for Consultant's services. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to update the rates for <br />Consultant's services as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one -year <br />period, from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011. <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />
