Set Public Hearing For <br /> ? ~ CONTINUED TO <br /> /~i <br /> L/~2~-c FILE NUMBER <br /> CIT MANAGER <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br /> execute an amendment to the agreement with GIS Data Resources, Inc. for the updating, enhancing <br /> and maintenance of the Santa Ana Fire Department geofile datasets, in an aggregate amount not to <br /> exceed $52,500. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> On February 20, 2007 the City Council approved entering into an agreement (A-2007-044) with GIS <br /> Data Resources, Inc. (GDR). GDR has ahigh-quality geofile which is used in the Santa Ana Fire <br /> Department's computer aided dispatch (CAD) system. Amending this agreement ensures the Fire <br /> Department's CAD system has the most accurate information, and that our CAD system continues to <br /> run seamlessly.
