Adopt a resolution approving the fiscal year 2010-2011 budget of the Community <br /> Redevelopment Agency as identified in the City of Santa Ana's Annual Budget. <br /> 2. Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to execute the attached second <br /> amended agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the City of Santa <br /> Ana for financial and operating services, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br /> Executive Director and Agency General Counsel. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Consistent with California Redevelopment Law, the annual funding plan and certain findings for the <br /> Community Redevelopment Agency (Agency) must be approved by a resolution of the Agency. <br /> The proposed overall budget for the Community Development Agency for fiscal year 2010-2011 is <br /> $102,742,270, of which $51,255,785 is comprised of various federal and state grants and other <br /> miscellaneous sources. <br /> 80A-1 <br /> <br />
