9. AGMT NO. 2010-093 - Authorize the City Attorney to prepare and <br />City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a $25,000 <br />reimbursement agreement with the Santa Ana Unified School <br />District for purposes of engaging an architect to develop conceptual <br />plans in furtherance of developing the project scope for a <br />community center to be located at Garfield Elementary. <br />10. Direct staff to work with community members/stakeholders to <br />facilitate development of an approximate 1.5 acre park/open space <br />uses in the Station District. <br />11. Approve the expenditure of funds for a residential loan program in <br />the Lacy Neighborhood with cumulative not to exceed the amount of <br />$100,000 (see Agency item 6). <br />12.
