federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security <br />and subgranted through the State of California. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves an <br />Appropriation Adjustment recognizing the FY 2009 Interoperable Emergency <br />Communication Grant Program in the amount of $2,200,786 and appropriates same in <br />the FY 2009 Interoperable Emergency Communications Grant Program expenditure <br />accounts. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
