This agreement is entered into by and between the Community Action Partnership of Orange <br /> County, hereinafter referred to as CAPOC and The City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to <br /> as Subcontractor. <br /> 2. The term of this Agreement is June 1.2010 through September 30, 2010. <br /> 3. The maximum amount of this Agreement is $ 200,000. <br /> <br /> 4. CAPOC and Subcontractor acknowledge and agree that this Agreement: <br /> • is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Community <br /> Services Block Grant (CSBG) and is subject to law and Federal rules and regulations <br /> • is a "subcontract" pursuant to a master contract between CAPOC and the State of <br /> California Department of Community Services & Development (hereinafter referred <br /> to as CSD) <br /> • CAPOC is responsible to act and report in compliance with the master agreement <br /> with CSD. <br /> • Subcontractor will use the funds of $200,000 for a summer youth program as set forth <br /> in Exhibit B, Attachment I and Attachment II <br /> • Subcontractor must comply with ARRA requirements as set forth in Exhibits A <br /> through D, incorporated herein by reference. <br /> • Subcontractor must comply with any and all certifications and disclosures concerning <br /> lobbying as set forth in Exhibit F, incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 25L-3 <br /> <br />
