C. At said public hearing, a Supplemental Staff Report dated June 7, 201 O from <br />the Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency to the City Manager <br />(the SSR) was presented to the City Council which contained the following: <br />1. Amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element as to Flood <br />Control. <br />2. Amendment to the TZC Street Network Concepts as to bus/transit <br />stops. <br />3. Supplemental Responses to Comments to the Draft EIR. <br />4. Amendments to the Findings of Fact <br />5. Additions to the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan. <br />The contents of the SSR were to be integrated into all of the applicable <br />referenced documents and be considered part of the record. <br />D. Specific Development No. 84, the Transit Zoning Code, contains six (6) <br />permitted architectural styles that are relevant to the area's history. The <br />Architectural Style Guidelines will provide a framework that appropriately <br />represents the salient characteristics of the permitted architectural styles and <br />are intended to provide supplemental design guidance for issues not <br />expressly stated in the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />E The Street Network Concepts will provide guidelines for modifying the <br />existing streets as well as guidance to produce new, variable blocks and <br />streets. <br />F. Final Environmental Impact Report No. 2006-02 prepared for the <br />proposed Transit Zoning Code (SD 84A and 84B) and the proposed <br />redevelopment of properties owned by the Santa Ana Redevelopment <br />Agency in the Station District (collectively, the Proposed Project); the <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, the CEQA Facts, Findings <br />and a Statement of Overriding Considerations which came before the City <br />Council on June 7, 2010, and was approved and adopted by resolution. <br />At the June 7, 2010 meeting, the City Council also adopted a resolution <br />approving General Plan Amendment No. 2010-01 ; an ordinance approving <br />amendments to various zoning provisions of Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Chapter 41 (ZOA No. 2010-01); an ordinance approving the creation of <br />Specific Development No. 84, the rezoning of properties from various <br />zones to Specific Development No. 84, repealing Specific Development <br />No. 30, 37, 47 and 71 , and amending the height exemption areas map <br />(AA No. 2005-09). This resolution incorporates by reference, as though <br />fully set forth herein, the ordinances and resolution and said Final <br />Environmental Impact Report, Mitigation Monitoring Program, and <br />Statement of Overriding Considerations, and all of their respective facts, <br />findings and conclusions in support of this resolution and the findings <br />made herein- <br />Resolution No. 2010-026 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
