DISCUSSION The Traffic Signal System Upgrade Phase V project is one of eight projects to replace the City's outdated traffic signal system and controllers. The project is identified in Fiscal Year 09/10 with $312,000 in funding from the Measure M Program. Recently, the Growth Management Area # 5 Board has approved an additional $40,000 for this project. In order to recognize the additional funds in the current fiscal year, an appropriation adjustment is needed. The funds will be used for construction of the project. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT There is no environmental impact associated with this action- FISCAL IMPACT Funds received in the total amount of $40,000 will be deposited into the Measure M - Street Construction fund (accounting unit 03217002-52330) and appropriated into the Measure M -Street Construction fund (accounting unit 03217660-66220, project no. 106712).
