ASSURANCES <br /> Subcontractor agrees that in addition to those agreements and obligations specified in <br /> <br /> the contract boilerplate and scope of work, it will also adhere to and obey the following <br /> provisions, assurances, and certifications. <br /> ARTICLES <br /> 1 . Subcontractor assures and certifies that it will not use any funds appropriated <br /> under this agreement for religious activity or anti-religious activity, or to promote <br /> or oppose any political candidate, parties, and/or beliefs <br /> 2. Subcontractor assures and certifies that any requested modification to this <br /> agreement must be submitted in writing, explaining requested changes and <br /> rationale. Subcontractor further assures that no modification will be implemented <br /> without prior written approval from the Santa Ana WORK Center <br /> 3. Subcontractor agrees to cooperate with any monitoring inspection audit or <br /> investigations of activities related to this agreement as may be scheduled and <br /> conducted by the Santa Ana WORK Center <br /> 4.
