EXHIBIT A <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> City of Santa Ana <br /> Pool and Fountain Maintenance and Repair Agreement <br /> Description/Specifications/Work Statement <br /> C.1 General <br /> C.1.1 Scope of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, chemicals, tools, <br /> materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, except as specified herein as City furnished, to <br /> <br /> manage and perform maintenance and minor repair of pools and fountains at the Law Library, Sasscer <br /> Park, Plaza of the Sun, Plaza of the Fountains and the Second Street Mall within the downtown and Santa <br /> <br /> Ana Civic Center Authority areas. <br /> <br /> C.1.1.1 Responsibilities Included.
