INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED A-2009-138-001 WORK MAY PROCEED CLERK OF COUNCIL nATf:, FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND WISE PLACE FOR THE USE OF HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION AND RAPID REHOUSING GRANT FUNDS THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 1 St day of March 2010, by and between WISE Place, a California non-profit corporation ("Subrecipient") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). U RECITALS: v \� A. The parties entered into that certain Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and WISE Place for Use of Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Grant Funds (Program Year 2009-10), dated , 20 S (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Subrecipient has been providing support to homeless women or those who are at risk for homelessness. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Work for the services that Subrecipient will provide to the City. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. The Scope of Work that is referenced in the Agreement and attached as Exhibit A thereto, shall be amended to include the following: "Subrecipient will address the needs of homeless women in Santa Ana that are homeless or at risk for homelessness and HPRP eligible." 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
