Percent <br /> Agency Participation Agency Cost <br /> City of Newport Beach 17.5% $22,367 <br /> Mesa Consolidated Water District 19.3% $24,629 <br /> City of Santa Ana 17.5% $22,368 <br /> Irvine Ranch Water District 45.7% $58,336 <br /> Total $127,700 <br /> IRWD will provide staff time as the Project Manager of the Study. Each of the Agencies will provide <br /> staff time to collect necessary information and participate in project meetings as necessary to <br /> complete the Study. <br /> The Agencies agree to contribute the $127,700 as set forth above. Any additional amount approved by <br /> the Agencies for the Study, at their proportional share of the percentages set forth in this MOU, shall <br /> require written approval of each party agency. The Agencies may collectively elect to terminate this <br /> MOU at any time with each Agency being responsible for its percentage share of the cost incurred up <br /> to the date of the termination. Each Agency may separately elect to terminate their participation in <br /> this MOU at any time, but will be responsible for its percentage share of the cost approved by the <br /> Agencies up to the date of the termination. <br /> Participation in the Study does not obligate any Agency to proceed with any interconnection project. <br /> The Agencies contemplate that they may, at each Agency's option, proceed with interconnection <br /> projects under a further agreement(s) to be developed following the Study. <br /> This MOU may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an <br /> original and all of which together shall be considered one and the same MOU. <br /> AS AGREED TO BY: <br /> Paul D.
