INSURANCEON FILE <br /> WORK MAY PROCEED N-Zoos-124-002 <br /> CLERK OF COUNCIL GL: q-1-~~ <br /> DATE: JUL 1 5 2Qfn <br /> <br /> ' o CO ~ `Z~ SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br /> ~y~y ECawArdS CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS SECOND AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July, 201 O, by and <br /> between CATHY MOREHEAD + ASSOCIATES, a sole proprietorship (hereinafter <br /> "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and <br /> existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The City and Consultant entered into the Consultant Agreement #N-2008-124 ("said <br /> Agreement") dated September 12, 2008, for Consultant having special skill and knowledge in the <br /> field of interior design and color consultation to assist City in color choice of downtown <br /> buildings and structures and interior office design, etc. <br /> B. Said Agreement was amended by the First Amendment #N-2008-124-001 on August <br /> 30th, 2009, to extend the term of said Agreement through June 30, 2010. <br /> C. The parties hereto now desire to increase the compensation and extend the term of said <br /> Agreement. <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br /> hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement <br /> as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree to as follows: <br /> 1. The "Compensation" section of said Agreement is hereby amended to add additional <br /> funds of $10,000. <br /> 2. The "Term" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and extended through June 30th, <br /> 2011. <br /> 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br /> unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />
