INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />aea- 10?-d1-10 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: WL 19 2011 <br />O: PRCS (4) <br />Donna Schultze <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 1 st day of July, <br />2010, between Patrick Hurley, an individual (hereinafter "Provider ") and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />N- 2008 -048 -001 <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N- 2009 -048, as amended from time to time, (the <br />"Agreement ") by which Provider provides recreation and leisure class services. <br />B. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to renew the agreement for another one <br />year term and to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A). <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, entitled "Scope of Services ", shall be amended by substitution of a new <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />"This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2010 and terminate on June 30, 2011, <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below." <br />3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA D.
