INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />GL; /02-/7-/C <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />DATE JUL 19 2010 <br />N-2009-071-001 <br />D: PRCS (Z) <br />onna Schultze THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of July, <br />2010, between Choc Le, an individual (hereinafter "Provider") and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2009-071 (the "Agreement') by which <br />Provider provides recreation and leisure class services. <br />B. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to renew the agreement for another one <br />year term and to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A). <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, entitled "Scope of Services", shall be amended by substitution of a new <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />"This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2010 and terminate on June 30, 2011, <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below." <br />3.
