This agreement is entered into by and between the Community Action Partnership of Orange <br />County, hereinafter referred to as CAPOC and The City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to <br />as Subcontractor. <br />2. The term of this Agreement is June 1. 2010 through September 30, 2010. <br />3. The maximum amount of this Agreement is 200 000. <br />4. CAPOC and Subcontractor acknowledge and agree that this Agreement: <br />• is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Community <br />Services Block Grant (CSBG) and is subject to law and Federal rules and regulations <br />• is a "subcontract' pursuant to a master contract between CAPOC and the State of <br />California Department of Community Services & Development (hereinafter referred <br />to as CSD) <br />• CAPOC is responsible to act and report in compliance with the master agreement <br />with CSD. <br />• Subcontractor will use the funds of $200,000 for a summer youth program as set forth <br />in Exhibit B, Attachment I and Attachment 11 <br />• Subcontractor must comply with ARRA requirements as set forth in Exhibits A <br />through D, incorporated herein by reference. <br />• Subcontractor must comply with any and all certifications and disclosures concerning <br />lobbying as set forth in Exhibit F, incorporated herein by reference.
