1 <br />The Planning Commission identified the following corrections and requests for <br />additional information: <br />1. CIP Project No. 50 -More detail on the scope of work for the synthetic turf <br />upgrades was requested. Deputy City Engineer Amirani to provide <br />additional information. <br />2. CIP Project Sheets 8 and 9 -Under the Project Description Section there <br />is a misspelling. The word "Cooridor" is misspelled and should be <br />corrected to read "Corridor." Deputy City Engineer Amirani confirmed that <br />the error would be corrected. <br />3. CIP Project Sheet 44 - "fhe total project cost of $150,000 does not agree <br />with the total project cost of $75,000 identified on page 7 of the One-Year <br />CIP Summary. Deputy City Engineer Amirani clarified that the correct <br />project cost was $150,000 and that the final document would be corrected. <br />Staff provided clarification where available and stated that afollow-up memo <br />detailing requested information and corrections would be provided to the <br />Commission. The City is now eligible to compete at the State level. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Commission inquired about the environmental impact report and 'the upcoming <br />public hearing for the Transit Zoning Code.
