STAFF COMMENTS <br />Planning Manager Karen Haluza introduced Cesar Vargas, the Spanish <br />translator for the public hearing. <br />3. PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Yrarrazaval <br />Voiced concern with location of medical marijuana dispensary at Greenfield. <br />Executive Director Jay Trevino responded on City's current status. <br />Requested Code Enforcement investigation at "unsigned building" referred to <br />as "Fresh Cut" located south of Edinger on west side of street near Valley <br />High School. <br />Commissioner Walters <br />Inquired if Santa Ana Police are notified of the locations of medical marijuana <br />dispensaries. Executive Director Trevino affirmed that SAPD are informed. <br />Chairman Alderete <br />• Inquired about the time period for public to review the final Environmental <br />Impact Report for the Transit Zoning Code. Planning Manager Haluza stated <br />that the Response to Comments would be mailed on May 25, 2010. <br />• Inquired if the commission will be provided a comparison of the <br />changes/modifications to the FEIR No. 2006-02 for the Transit Zoning Code. <br />Planning Manger Haluza indicated a report will be prepared. <br />4. EXCUSE OF ABSENCES <br />Commissioner Betancourt abstained from participation in the public hearing due <br />to owning property near the Transit Zoning Code area. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT - 5:49 P.M.
