PUBLIC INPUT AGENDA iTEI~ AND ITEMS GF P~JBLIC INTER~T -The City Council v~ill convene a point session Frith the Housing Authority BHA} to receive public comments regarding any agenda iterr~s or items of public interes# within the jurisdiction of the HA. All requests to speak shail be submitted in ~rriting by submitting a speaker card to the Cierk of the Council. Requests to pak shall not be accepted after the public cor~~r~t_eion_begin__v~~thogt pgrmision of the presi~ing officer. During this public comment period, members of the pubic shall be given a fatal of three minutes to speak on any and all nutters contained on the City Council agenda and any and all matters including - items of public interest ~rithin the subjec# matter jurisdiction of all related Agencies meeting on the same date. 4 PC~BL~~ HEARINGS -Members of the public shall be given three minutes to address the Housing Authority for each duly noticed hearing, unless the matter i continued prior to taking public testimony. - CGNSENT CALENDAR r All matters listed under the consent calendar are considered to be routine by the Housing Authority and gill be enacted by one motion Without discussion unless a member of the Housing Authority "pulls" an items}from the consent calendarfor a separate vote.
