Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (“HdL”) for Business <br />License Tax and Fee Software Services (Specification No. 23-165) (General <br />Fund & Non-General Fund) <br /> <br />Department(s): Finance and Management Services <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (“HdL”) to provide business license tax and <br />fee software services in an amount not to exceed $1,557,525, for a five-year term <br />beginning April 15, 2025 and expiring April 14, 2030, with provisions for one 2-year <br />extension, followed by two 1-year extensions (Agreement No. A-2025-053). <br /> <br />10. First Amendment to Agreement with Falck Mobile Health Corporation dba <br />CARE Ambulance Service to Provide Expanded Ground Non-Emergency <br />Medical Transportation Services for the Santa Ana Police Department and <br />Provision of Ambulance Compliance Data to Orange County Emergency <br />Medical Services <br /> <br />Department(s): Finance and Management Services <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment to <br />the Agreement with Falck Mobile Health Corporation dba CARE to add on the <br />contract’s Scope of Work for Santa Ana Police Department ground non-emergency <br />medical transportation services and monthly provision of Ambulance Compliance <br />Data to Orange County Emergency Medical Services (Agreement No. A-2025- <br />054). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Hernandez moved to approve the recommended <br />action for Item No. 10 as part of the Consent Calendar, seconded by <br />Councilmember Bacerra. <br /> <br />The motion carried, 6-0-1, by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
