("Consultant")and the City of Santa Ana,dated November 7,2023, Consultant hereby accepts <br /> this Letter Agreement for an assignment for on-call environmental and planning services for the project <br /> listed above. Consultant shall complete environmental and planning services by March 31, 2025 per the <br /> proposal dated November 7, 2024 (attached as Exhibit A to this Letter Agreement). City shall recognize <br /> and compensate Consultant for any services provided from December 4, 2024 to the effective date of this <br /> Letter Agreement. Compensation is subject to Section 2 of the Agreement and the total compensation for <br /> this assignnent shall not exceed $26,015.
