I am writing to formally escalate multiple unre: <br /> 1. Blinding Carport Lights— Retaliatory & Dangerous Environmental Interference <br /> On the evening of April 25, 2025, my security camera recorded glaring high-intensity carport lights shining directly into <br /> Attached is a timestamped still image showing the extent of this blinding interference. For someone in my condition, it <br /> 2.
