Exhibit - Ceiling Damage in Donna Kenefick The following photos document extensive structural separation between my ceilings and walls, directly resulting from damage caused by Jesse, the former tenant in Unit 329. Rather than address the issue properly, Essex Property Trust attempted to conceal the damage using caulk-a superficial and ineffective cover-up. To date, no permanent repairs have been made. The situation has continued to deteriorate, especially under the current tenant in Unit 329, who has worsened the strain on the structure through ongoing harassment, intimidation, and targeted stalking that includes tracking my movements from room to room-even into the bathroom. This constant stress and structural neglect has created a dangerous and hostile living environment.
