6.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE <br />Attached to this proposal and an integral part of our proposal, are our 'Terms and Conditions of <br />Service". These terms and conditions represent the current recommendations of the Association of <br />Soil and Foundation Engineers, the Consulting Engineers' Council, and the Geotechnical Division of <br />the American Society of Civil Engineers. <br />Our insurance carrier requires that we have a signed contract prior to the release of any information. <br />This letter is the agreement for our services.
