95 <br />MA-10 Number of Housing Units <br />Introduction <br />According to 2016-2020 ACS data, 47 percent of the City’s housing stock is comprised of <br />single detached-structures. Structures with 20 or more units make up 16 percent, while <br />mobile homes comprise the smallest portion at two percent. According to the 2016-2020 <br />ACS estimates, the gross number of housing units in the city increased by 4,140 from <br />77,156 in 2015 to 81,296 in 2020. <br />Most rental and ownership housing units in Santa Ana have two or three bedrooms (60 <br />percent). Less than one percent of all units are ownership units that have no-bedroom and <br />four percent of all units are rentals with four or more bedrooms.
