Department Summary <br />The Santa Ana Public Library’s purpose is to respond to our community’s informational, <br />educational, and personal interest needs using books, materials, technology, e-resources, and <br />professional expertise. The Santa Ana Public Library has a multilingual staff that shares the cultural <br />heritage of the community. Each staff member is dedicated to serving the community through a <br />variety of physical, mobile and virtual library locations that are maintained as safe places for <br />residents of all ages to connect, learn, and play. <br />Accomplishments <br />Completed bidding and made substantial construction progress on the Main Library Transformation <br />Project. <br />Completed bidding and made substantial construction progress on the Delhi Library Branch and <br />Outdoor Library at Jerome Park Projects. <br />Completed bidding and began construction on the Newhope Library Renovation Project. <br /> <br />
