City of Santa Ana, a charter oily <br />and municipal corporation of the Seate of <br />Califonda. <br />"Tcnat". AB Cellular Holdutg, LLC <br />a Delaware limited liability company, dba AT&T <br />Wheless Services <br />"Landlord's Property": The property as <br />described in Exhibit "A-L" <br />1. Lotic, The Effective Date hereof shall be <br />A&LLJj(f_� 2001. AS of such Effective Dino, <br />Landlord leases a portion of Landlord's Property <br />to Tenons, referred to in this Lease as the <br />-Tremises", and more particularly described <br />below: (MARK APPLICABLE <br />PARAGRAPHS) <br />fd. Tenant may <br />occasionally park its vehicles ran Landlord's <br />Property when 3'e11ant is installing, removing or <br />somicing its Communications Facility. Upon <br />signing of this Lease by the parties, Toamt shall <br />have the right to survey and test the Landlord's <br />Property, <br />2. Terms. Tenant shall resubmit <br />its plan for the Communications Facility to the <br />pistoling and Building Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana for review, approval and conformity <br />with all existing local laws and regultdioa. <br />llowever, Landlord raservea the right to deny <br />such extensions by giving Tourist written notice <br />no less Wan six (6) months before the term or <br />extended term ends, if the Landlord decides in Its <br />reasonable discretion That Teant's continued <br />tenancy would be not be in conformity with the <br />Landlord's intended use of its property at such <br />time. <br />4.
