During the past eight years of operation, OCCTAC has also built strong partnerships with key agencies that have <br />helped the Center expand its' mission. Those partnerships include, for example, the County of Orange, Social <br />Services to provide family counseling; the Santa Ana College to help support our parenting programs; and our <br />college partners (the Santa Ana College, Chapman University, University of California in Irvine, Cal State <br />Fullerton) to support our tutoring and mentoring programs that assist our families with homework support and <br />literacy needs. In the recent year, the number of volunteer student tutors from community and four -year - <br />colleges has risen significantly. <br />6. Submit most recent/2 years of audited financial statements (see attachment G). <br />D. Subcontracting <br />Subcontracting client services/activities is not permissible under this contract.
