WIA 2010-2011 Grant <br />OCCTAC--Budget Narrative <br />placement; observing and monitoring participants with technical/artistic skills; <br />documenting progress throughout the program; meeting regularly & individually with <br />WIA participants to train on related curriculum; and attending regular team meetings. <br />Certification Teachers $2,340. <br />As needed, Certified Instructors will be available to offer additional training and support <br />to participants. They will receive a stipend up to $585. for a maximum of 13 -hours <br />during the program year. <br />Participants Wages $43,845. <br />Training Stipend: (Out-of-school youth) 23 participants <br />Month 1: participants given $150.00 stipend to participate in program. <br />Month 2: participants given $150.00 stipend to participate in program. <br />Months 3-8: participants paid $8.00 per hr for on-the-job training (10 to 15 hrs a wk). <br />(Appropriate FICA taxes& Workers Comp will be included in the hourly rate listed --1501o). <br />Supportive Services $ 7,500. <br />Bus Passes/Gas Voucher: As needed for 23 participants. <br />Funds are allocated for youth who are in need of transportation related support. <br />Fingerprinting/TB Test: As needed for 23 participants. <br />Funds allocated for Dept. of Justice Clearance & TB Test for employment. <br />Work Related Supplies: As needed for 23 participants. <br />i.e. work related and skill building tools, books, Working Wardrobes, portfolios... <br />Academic Support: As needed for 23 participants. <br />Tuition Support for Certificate or other related academic programs; Books for related <br />course work; Tutoring Supplies. <br />EXHIBIT F <br />
