Form SL 00 00 10 18 Page 22 of 22 © 2018, The Hartford (May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) 22."Temporary worker"means a person who is furnished to you to substitute for a permanent "employee"on leave or to meet seasonal or short-term workload conditions. 23."Unmanned aircraft" means an aircraft that is not: a.Designed; b.Manufactured; or c.Modified after manufacture; to be controlled directly by a person from within or on the aircraft. 24."Volunteer worker" means a person who: a.Is not your "employee"; b.Donates his or her work; c.Acts at the direction of and within the scope of duties determined by you; and d.Is not paid a fee, salary or other compensation by you or anyone else for their work performed for you. 25."Your product": a.Means: (1)Any goods or products,other than real property,manufactured,sold,handled,distributed or disposed of by: (a)You; (b)Others trading under your name; or (c)A person or organization whose business or assets you have acquired; and (2)Containers (other than vehicles),materials,parts or equipment furnished in connection with such goods or products. b.Includes: (1)Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness,quality,durability, performance or use of "your product"; and (2)The providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions. c.Does not include vending machines or other property rented to or located for the use of others but not sold. 26."Your work": a.Means: (1)Work or operations performed by you or on your behalf; and (2)Materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. b.Includes: (1)Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness,quality,durability, performance or use of "your work"; and (2)The providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions.
