The template includes example structure and content as a model for states to <br />create their own Administrative Plan. <br />. <br />. <br />Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide: The Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide <br />(PAPPG) combines all Public Assistance policy into a single volume and provides an overview of <br />the Public Assistance program implementation process. <br />Public Assistance Frequently Asked Questions and Guidance: Recipients are encouraged to view <br />the Public Assistance Frequently Asked Questions and guidance found on the Public Assistance <br />webpage to assist with disaster financial management planning efforts. The webpage provides <br />information pertaining to documentation, Public Assistance grant funding eligibility, and hazard <br />mitigation and can be found at the Public Assistance Fact Sheets, Job Aids, and FAQs page on <br />FEMA.gov. <br />.DHS OIG Audit Tips: Recipients are recommended to consult the DHS OIG report, Audit Tips for <br />Managing Disaster-Related Project Costs (OIG-17-120-D) for further assistance in documenting <br />and accounting for disaster-related costs. This report is informed by OIG audit findings and can <br />assist recipients in addressing issues that are frequent findings in disaster-related audits. <br />103
