Y 'r CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> i. Document all meetings and ensure corresponding action list is generated, <br /> initiated, and completed by the time required. <br /> b. Attendees <br /> i. Project Manager and/or designee and Contract Supervisor must attend <br /> meetings, in person, with the Public Works management team. <br /> c. Operational Meetings <br /> i. Purpose: To address issues regarding: <br /> 1. Upcoming events, <br /> 2. Blackout dates, <br /> 3. Scheduling; and <br /> 4. Other issues of concern <br /> ii. Held on: Third Thursday of every month or as specified <br /> iii. Location: 220 S. Daisy, Santa Ana, CA 92703 <br /> d. Service Level Inspections <br /> i. Provide an English-speaking Contract Supervisor to tour the contracted <br /> area with the Project Manager or his/her designee twice a month to <br /> determine compliance with the specifications and to discuss required work. <br /> ii. Contractor's Supervisor must be authorized to sign documents and/or <br /> effect changes to the work being performed. <br /> 4. Contractor Employees <br /> a. Regarding all Contractor Employees: <br /> i. Ensure that all Contractor employees performing work in conjunction with <br /> this project are always courteous, professional, competent, and do not <br /> cause any undue disturbances. <br /> ii. Ensure any employee who is determined by the Project Manager or his/her <br /> designee to be incompetent, working inefficiently, disorderly, intemperate <br /> or otherwise objectionable is immediately removed from work under this <br /> agreement and replaced with a satisfactory replacement. <br /> iii. The City of Santa Ana is committed to a safe workplace. The Project <br /> Manager or his/her designee may direct Contract Supervisor to <br /> immediately remove any worker who is unfit for duty. <br /> iv. Employees must present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times. <br /> v. Perform the work while minimizing disturbance to the citizens, residences, <br /> and businesses. <br /> vi. Workers must have basic knowledge, experience, skills and abilities in <br /> general labor, custodial maintenance, landscaping maintenance, cleaning, <br /> trash handling, landscape care and street safety procedures to perform the <br /> scope of work requirements in accordance with the specifications at all <br /> times. <br /> 1. Workers who do not demonstrate these capabilities shall be <br /> replaced at the request of the Project Manager or his/her designee. <br /> 5. Contract Supervisors and Laborers <br /> a.
