Change the title of the following classifications: <br /> FROM <br /> UNIT TITLE STEPS MIN MAX <br /> POA Correctional Officer 5 $6,709 $8,156 <br /> TO <br /> UNIT TITLE STEPS MIN MAX <br /> POA Correctional Officer I 5 $6,709 $8,156 <br /> Section 3. Compensation rates listed herein are inclusive of applicable <br /> Memorandum of Understanding salary increase provisions. <br /> Section 4. The Santa Ana City Council hereby approves the updated Salary <br /> Schedules for the Confidential Association of the City of Santa Ana (CASA), Police <br /> Management Association (PMA), Police Officers Association (POA), Santa Ana <br /> Management Association (SAMA), and Seasonal Part-Time units, attached to this <br /> resolution as Exhibit A, reflecting classification and compensation amendments per this <br /> resolution and previously approved City Council resolutions and bargaining unit <br /> agreements, and grouped by employee unit, as recommended by CalPERS, and in <br /> compliance with CalPERS California Code of Regulations section 570.5. <br /> Section 5. That except as amended by this resolution, all other provisions of the <br /> City's classification and compensation plan shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> Section 6.
