Alex Hernandez expressed concern regarding public safety around Cabrillo <br /> Crossing. <br /> 5. Kanan Durham expressed concern regarding public safety related to Immigration <br /> and Customs Enforcement(ICE). <br /> 6. Ray Diaz requested transparency regarding ICE and Homeland Security presence <br /> in the City. <br /> 7. Mia Verdin spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 27. <br /> 8. Diego Sarmiento spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 27, <br /> 9.
