Approve a Density Bonus Agreement with 205 S Harbor Plaza, LLC, for a 55- <br />year term, for a for -sale residential development consisting of thirty-six (36) <br />attached for -sale townhomes, which includes four (4) units designated as <br />affordable to moderate -income households at 125 and 205 S.
