Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br />received: one (1) Closed Session Agenda Item No. 3. There were no in person or <br />teleconference speakers. <br />RECESS n- City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting <br />regular City business. <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:14 P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS β€”The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice <br />from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will <br />prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br />1.
