EXHIBIT 2 <br /> 12.Supportive Services <br /> The program will offer a range of supportive services to ensure youth have the necessary <br /> resources to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.These services include <br /> transportation assistance, such as gasoline debit cards and bus passes, to help participants <br /> attend interviews,job training, and other employment-related opportunities. Additionally, the <br /> program will provide support for essential incidental needs, such as obtaining identification or <br /> credentials, covering background check costs,and professional grooming.These services are <br /> designed to help participants address barriers to employment, making it easier for them to <br /> secure and maintain jobs. <br /> To further support their professional growth, each participant will participate in Working <br /> Wardrobes' signature wardrobing experience in a department like Wardrobe Center located in <br /> the Career Success Center. Youth will receive a professional outfit, including a suit, shirt or <br /> blouse, shoes, and accessories, to help them make a strong impression during interviews and on <br /> the job. The Wardrobe Specialist will provide personalized assistance,ensuring that each <br /> participant receives an outfit that aligns with their professional needs and goals. These <br /> supportive services are crucial for empowering youth to succeed in their career pursuits. <br /> Working Wardrobes'Supportive Service Policy will be included as Attachment N. <br />
